Returns
We want you to be confident in your Cedar’s Gourmet purchase. Opened bottles cannot be returned. Only unopened products may be returned, and they must be sent back within 15 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can process your request quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product and notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
